BOOKING RULES
Courts are available for hire by members and the general public. Bookings are through our online booking system only.
LTC Committee approval is required for any coaching.
Courts 1-3 are available to members only.
Courts 4-5 are available to members and the general public.
General Public:
Minimum 1 hour court hire. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the booking time to receive a full refund (contact bookings@longuevilletennis.com.au)
Members:
Member bookings must be made in the name of a member and the member must be present for the booking. All members playing together count towards the one booking slot - e.g. two members playing together may NOT book two 90 min slots in separate names and play for 3 hours. Penalties may apply for erroneous behaviour. Please cancel your booking if you are unable to attend. Cancel via the link in your confirmation email. Visitors fees must be paid at time of booking and booking rights may be suspended if not paid.
Rules for all bookings:
Total Daily court usage is limited to 2 hours her person per day
After 3pm Monday to Friday (except public school holidays) maximum booking time is 90 mins during daylight saving (summer) and 60 mins during non-daylight saving (winter).
Bookings are open 7 days in advance
No ball machines allowed on courts
No dogs allowed on courts
COACHING
All coaching operations at LTC are run by either Lead Tennis Academy leadtennisacademy.com.au (Callen Ritcey 0493 755 934) or Jenny Devivo.
NO OTHER COMMERCIAL COACHING IS PERMITTED
